This Privacy Notice tells you what to expect in relation to personal information about you collected, handled and processed by the Enfield Town Community Sports Development Ltd (CSD). CSD is the data controller.

  • Telephone Number
  • Renewal and payment dates
  • Method of payment
  • To conform to legal requirements, such as Child Protection Regulations

  • Circulating CSD information such as minutes, accounts etc
  • Notification of sessions, events and items of interest

How long do we hold your information

  • We hold and maintain your data during course of sessions booked
  • Unless you have not given consent we retain your data “as-is” after sessions have elapsed (it is your right to be “forgotten”)

We use a dedicated web service provider

Disclosure of your information

Your data is only disclosed to other CSD Officers, staff or volunteers when necessary for the good efficient of the CSD in accordance with its constitution (which are available on the CSD website).

What is the legal basis for processing this information

We retain your data to allow the CSD to fulfil it legitimate interests, as laid out in the constitution of the CSD. Where other information is from time to time collected for short term use, this will be done based upon your consent.

Your Rights

As an individual you have the right to obtain a copy of the information we hold on you. You may access your data by sending an email or letter as per the Contact Us page.

Withdrawal of consent

Where items are not contractual, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the use of your data. Where items are optional, we will endeavour to make sure that in these cases you will have to

opt in.

Automated decision making processes

We do not use your information in any automated decision making process, nor in any external marketing campaigns.
